An unexpected hideout for an even more unexpected pizza

I was turned on to @SquareMfgCo through an episode of Chronicle. SMC is a true Detroit Style Pizza. SMC documents on their site, that the Detroit Style Pizza came about when a guy at a bar in Detroit had the idea to cook pizzas in an auto parts tray. This did not disappoint! The square pan gives the crust a golden and crunchy bite. With all the toppings on the specialty pizzas, SMC still managed to make the pizza light; this allowed us to eat MORE PIZZA!

Big Cheese: Delishhhh- this was a twist to your regular cheese pizza, but with a surprise of Ricotta.
